Inspired by foreign broadcast TV in her native Bulgaria, her early works reference the iconic pop stars including  Madonna or Michael Jackson. 

Maria’s experimental styling with reminisce to the early 80’s set the foundations for her adventurous styling career. 

Maria works closely with fashion brands and their designers in Copenhagen. Her regular contribution to local and international magazines have contrived Maria to be a highly sought after commercial fashion stylist and art director. She has extensive experience both in advertising and editorial, her clients include Harper's Bazaar, ELLE, Costume, Grazia, Luxury Aficionados and Vogue. 

Maria holds an EU passport.
